A standard charter film is usually delivered within three to four weeks from the final shoot day, depending on the scale of the project and the agreed deliverables. This includes editing, colour grade, sound, export and two rounds of refinements. Urgent two-week turnarounds can be arranged in advance where the schedule allows.

Every production is planned around the yacht’s schedule, privacy and operation on board.
Deliverables include a non-exclusive licence for yacht marketing, charter promotion, brokerage listings, website use and social media. Larger commercial campaigns, broadcast use or third-party advertising can be licensed separately. Surge Studio retains the right to use selected work for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise before the shoot.
Films are delivered in high-resolution master formats alongside web-ready versions for websites, brokerage platforms and social media. Photography is supplied as high-resolution edited selects and web-optimised JPEGs through a private gallery. Review links are provided during the edit process for feedback and approvals.
