Surge Studio was founded by New Zealand filmmaker Kit Tyler after nearly two decades in commercial production and several years working onboard some of the world's largest superyachts.
Having worked both behind the camera and as professional crew, the studio understands the realities of life onboard — tight schedules, demanding guests, operational constraints and the importance of discretion.
That experience allows us to create exceptional content without becoming another production team underfoot.
